I kind of thought I was alone in dubbing Rick Ordonez, 33, the “kitty-cat tagger.” Guess not. Per the LA Weekly, the guy got sentenced to 90 days in county jail, three years probation, 300 hours of graffiti-removal work and has to fork over $8,675.38.
