The date was changed, and changed again, but now Metro is confident the Eastside Extension of the Gold Line will open Nov. 15 … unless a rogue umbrella ruins everything. So to get you prepped, here are some study materials (you can also get them here):

When Can We Start Daytripping Little Tokyo?
Orochon and Mikawaya are almost within our grasp. The Gold Line’s Eastside Extension is still on track to open this summer, but a firm date is up in the air. Curbed LA reports the date is rumored to be around the end of the month.
